COVID-19

All safety measures against the COVID-19 pandemic in the Czech Republic have been terminated due to the low rate of infection. This means that there are currently no requirements to meet regarding the COVID-19 pandemic at this time. However, it is recommended to pay attention to increased hygiene and to keep a distance of at least 1.5 meters from others.

Entry rules to the Czech Republic

From 9 April 2022, it is possible to enter the Czech Republic as before the pandemic COVID-19.
You can find all the actual information on the COVID Portal website. We will update this website to reflect the current situation.

In line with public health advice in the Czech Republic, wearing masks is no longer mandatory on public transport and in the Czech Republic. However, if you feel inclined to wear a mask to travel, you are welcome to do so.

During registration and congress

If the situation stays like this, no testing will be performed at the convention site and participants will not be required to submit an antigen or PCR test.

There is no obligation to use an FFP2 respirator when moving around the venue or other areas during the congress. It is at the discretion of each participant whether or not to wear a respirator/mask, however, we strongly recommend that. In this case, we ask participants to bring their own protective equipment.

We still prefer payment by credit card (valid for those who will not have paid their registration and/or social evening ticket in advance).

Individuals (including staff, organizers and attendees) should not attend an in-person conference if they, or anyone in their household, are displaying any of the following symptoms:

• Fever (37° C or higher)
• Cough
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
• Chills
• New loss of taste or smell
• Chest pain or pressure

COVID-19 Testing

If you need the COVID-19 Testing before you go home, you can get tested for COVID-19 at:

• Opening hours: 8–18
• Reservation is not necessary
• PCR test + travel certificate: 1,800 CZK
• Possible to pay in cash or with credit card – in Czech Crowns or Euros
• Results within 24 hours
• Certificate will be sent by email, the code to open the certificate will be sent by SMS
